I’m Natasha, CEO of Lifestyle Motives.
Lifestyle Motives is based on my love for helping others achieve their goals and the belief that there is no one ‘RIGHT’ approach to health and wellness. Health is a truly a journey and not a destination. I use this mantra, coupled with a WHOLE PERSON centered approach that addresses the food, mood, social, economical and emotional balance needed to achieve long-term results.
I will also share that I have BEEN THERE. I hit 300 pounds, emotionally unstable, depressed, stressed out, with completely out of control eating habits and feeling as if there was no way out. To improve my own life, I obtained my degree in nutrition, health coach education, and began coming up with tips and tricks to make it work. Now, I want to share what I have learned and what has worked for me AND my clients. Most importantly, I want to help make health work for you and not the other way around.
